Comes with all original accessories: headphones, cable/block, data transfer block, also includes otter box and has a $50 glass screen protector on it that does have a small hairline crack at the top but I will be more than glad to pull the screen protector off if seriously interested in buying to show it's the screen protector NOT the phone that has the crack.
